The room had a good size bed and super comfort. the hotel location is really central. It's easy to travel the city on foot. we loved the bath and shower, not just a shower.

the hotel staff did not vacuum the room every day. i did notice some dirty glasses.

The front desk staff were very friendly, this was really appreciated. i got upgraded to a lake view room. It was nice. a tui bird often visited the tree next to my balcony. i did use the heated pool and spa, these were good too.

the sulphur smell outside was quite strong sometimes.

the hotel is centrally located, i could easily walk to many attractions. i could access shops and restaurants close by. it made it very easy to go on excursions without the need of transport.

My room lacked adequate soundproofing. Noise from adjacent rooms was EXCESSIVE. The outdated bathroom fixtures were also a problem. The shower head sprayed water erratically, and unpleasant.

the location allowed convenient walks to nearby attractions. the spa provided much appreciated relaxation after a long day of exploring. the bar snacks at zazu bar were delicious , and i enjoyed the drinks on offer.

i found the breakfast selection a little limited , it did not fully justify the price.

The glasses in the room were dirty. They had dust. The parking situation was also terrible. There were more hotel rooms than parking spaces available.
